Unused and Non-Engraved Urns may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
Customer is responsible for return shipping cost.
Tax
You will only be charged tax if you are a resident of Illinois. We are required by law to charge sales tax on orders shipped to an IL addresses, which is calculated and itemized during the online ordering process.
No sales tax will be applied to orders shipped to addresses in other states.
